1. TERMINOLOGY

Pravo Prosto is a limited liability company "Pravo Prosto" (TIN 1660309654, OGRN 1181690021358).

Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (from the point of view of the Legislator – the Federal Law "On Personal Data").

Personal data processing is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, provision, access, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data (from the point of view of the Legislator – the Federal Law "On Personal Data").

7.1. The processing of Personal Data on the Website is carried out using automation tools.

— issues documents defining the policy regarding the processing of personal data, local acts on the processing of personal data, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and detecting violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and eliminating the consequences of such violations;

— applies legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data;

— performs internal control over the compliance of personal data processing with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, requirements for personal data protection, Operator's policy regarding personal data processing, Operator's local acts;

— familiarizes employees directly involved in the processing of personal data with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data, including requirements for personal data protection, documents defining personal data processing policies, local acts on personal data processing, and/or training of these employees;

— provides unrestricted access to the document defining the policy regarding the processing of personal data, to information about the implemented requirements for the protection of personal data, including the publication of this Policy on the Website.

8. WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1. Your Personal Data will be processed until you request that the Law Simply stop processing it.

Changes may be made to this Policy. Pravo Prosto has the right to make changes at its discretion without notifying Users or others.
